honestly,i don't see the biggie in celebrating the 21st burfday of your life
to me,its just like any other year of birthdays.
it marks the fact that ur one year older and NOT YOUNGER(WHO WANTS TO CELEBRATE THAT!!!!)
sure,i'm legal to vote,legal to drink etc..
