so much for me wanting to abstain from Korean soapy drama that requires one to use up half the tissue stock in the house.guess this is what desperation could eventually lead too.
after days of boredom setting in,i resorted to watch some Korean drama's off mysoju.out of the entire list of shows and hours reading all the lil bits bout the drama's, i eventually decided to watch....
Autumn Tale..or as some would have known is as Autumn in My Heart..
as corny as it sounds,i kinda like the show.gave me a good reason to give my tear ducts a run in case they were rusting.
i find that the typical 2 main characters surrounded by 2 extra side characters who are always pinning for the main couple but have to put up with being second and try their best to oust their competition theme applies alot in most korean drama's that are under Drama and Romance. Funny as it seems,i find myself relating it to my current life and find that it fits in alot of my social circle so basically saying,i have a Live- Korean- Drama going on around me. but,lets just pray i continue to stay as one of the super mini characters and not as the main or the other two. LOL..
watching such drama's sometimes frustrates me as much as it enlightens me with a few lessons. it frustrates me because
1) It takes so BLARDY LONG to stream the video
2) it gets more frust when it loads half way after leaving it to stream the entire day.
3) how blunt the main characters can be in not professing their feelings.then again,if they did,the show would have lasted at most 5 episodes and its The End
4) How ppl can be so selfish to always want things for themselves when they don't take a step back to see the entire pic.
5) How love can be easily be mistaken in some cases like the show, where it was thought of as Sibling love until they realised they weren't siblings
6) at the end of the show,I'l sit back and realize that guys like Tae-Shuk exist as a fiction of some romanting script writer and not reality. of course for one part of it,most guys nowadays come with DAMAGED LUNGS!! God knows if i can ever find a guy who is clean of that blardy sucker stick? I HATE SMOKERS!! coz i find them inconsiderate and a waste of sperm.if they want to die,they best way to do it is by jumping off KL tower or something that doesn involve other people's health or life. De-stress? let me help you by pushing u off the cliff since you need that adrenaline rush.they can already be compared to those Jihad fanatics,except they are more cowardly then them Jihads.if only these arses could walk around with a fish bowl over their head that allows them to smoke and RE-INHALE their disgusting smoke they breathe out instead of letting it join the atmosphere.if they die from lack of oxygen will be even better since they already are cutting their supply with each puff,saves the rest of the world of the shit these idiots will put them through.in away,they died blissfully too,smoking to death.
7) and from a medical students POV, who the HELL needs to to so many test that takes days just to see if your fractured hand is healed or not? and whats with all the bandages that makes it look like a cut on a hand that is supposedly broken already?medical student frusting over silly mistakes to create a movie...sorry
yet it thought me a few valuable lesson :
1) Appreciate life as it is. you'l never know when it'l be taken from you
2) never take people for granted as much as they love you and are willing to die for you.after all they have feelings too
3) don't separate your kids just caused they got switched at birth (God i hope that wldn happen to me)
4) dont' let your kid roam about freely in the hospital.who knows if they'l end up in the infant's room and switch the tags like that silly Joon-Soh.
5) Lying to save a relationship is like lying to urself in thinking it'l work. if they guy wants to leave,let him go la.it'l be worst when he finds our the truth anyways..sheesh.
6) sometimes,we have to make a tough call between choosing to make others happy or your own happiness.both ways, someone's gonna get hurt so decide who you want to sacrifice
7) as much as it may frustrate you, don't give up till its over and you know you've fought a good battle
erm,too lazy to type everything out.maybe i'l just make sure i keep what i have learned with me,not like i'm likely to forget since i always rewatch most of these kind of shows :P want to watch more soapy drama's since i'm so free and refuse to start studying for Sem 4..ITS TOO EARLY LE!!!
one of the best yet cheesiest lines from the show was when Tae-Shuk was trying to propose to Eun-Soh in the golf field.
Tae-Shuk : You just breathe, smile and live with me.
truth to be told,i thought initially that was pretty corny and stupid way to say it but after much thought, I thought it was pretty unique and romantic,if it was sincere :) sigh..wondering what funny lines guys can come up with if they don't want to go by the traditional on-their-knees- will-you-marry-me-and-show-the-ring..i'm actually wondering how i'l get proposed to now..
NAH!!! don't think anyone would want to propose to a she-devil like me..not unless they are drunk or have signed a pack with the devil himself to join him soon..
ROFL...
oh well,off to watch more soapy drama's now after i continue reading through and select one.
better go find more tissue papers just in case.Klenex company had better be proud of me for being one of their most frequent customer at the moment and supply me more tissue..
